The style of the hotel is very nice, this is definitely something special. I'm traveling a lot and I'm so tired of all this boring HolidayInn types of hotels, there is no personality, so boring. So I do appreciate a lot when there is a creativity takes place in every detail and every touch. My husband and I had a wonderful time at this hotel for our anniversary. The staff were top notch, very courteous and positive. Special thanks for fulfilling the request for champagne in the room upon arrival. Such details form wonderful impressions. The hotel is quiet, comfortable and safe.

The art displayed around the hotel was wonderful. Some of the installations were literally breath taking. The "pet" penguins around the floors were fun, you are invited to interact with them and to record your interaction with them. The dining room was classic American, we dined in "The Presidents Booth" the favourite of President Harry Truman. The bar is manned by an excellent cocktail making barman, he created a "one off" for my wife.

Views great. 24 hour check in handy when you come in at midnight from a delayed train. Art deco impressive. Restaurant and bar attached to hotel delicious. Love the cocktails. Totally safe to stay here for a solo traveller. Up the road from Australian Bakery of you need a fix of vegemite and meat pies.

It is a beautiful historic building. The location was conveniently located for downtown and sports park activities. Our room was very comfortable and well stocked. Very clean. We enjoyed the museum. It would be a beautiful venue for an event. Parking was super convenient across the street. We found a great brunch spot around the corner. The Savoy bar inside the hotel was a perfect stop for a nightcap. Great stay.

The beds were comfy, the building is charming, it was quiet, safe and clean. The catering (I was there on business) was EXCEPTIONAL.What sets 21cMuseum apart (other than the food) is the staff. Every single person (2 front desk girls, all valets, cleaning staff, event staff) was over the top friendly, polite and kind. So refreshing in our world today. Thank you so much for the lovely stay.
